Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer - L3.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own resolution of high-severity incidents and lead root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage bugs and user stories in Azure DevOps
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities for monitoring and resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in application support or software operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with ticketing systems and backlog management tools
  • Expertise in monitoring platforms
  • Experience leading root cause analysis and managing complex incidents
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred
