Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer - L3.
Key Responsibilities
- Own resolution of high-severity incidents and lead root cause analysis (RCA)
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage bugs and user stories in Azure DevOps
- Identify and implement automation opportunities for monitoring and resolution
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in application support or software operations
- Strong hands-on experience with ticketing systems and backlog management tools
- Expertise in monitoring platforms
- Experience leading root cause analysis and managing complex incidents
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred
