Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer 2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while providing exceptional service
  • Understand and communicate the RealAccess and Prism platforms to customers
  • Maintain accuracy of customer portfolios and manage a queue of assigned tickets

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting product offerings related to real estate or technology
  • Familiarity with REBNY guidelines and BOMA standards
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
  • Strong knowledge of the product offerings being supported
  • Documentation skills to create thorough trails for others to follow
