Application Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex applications hosted on the cloud and support application maintenance activities
• Build proactive monitoring and alerting services, and automate processes using scripting
• Drive customer communication during critical events and provide on-call support in a 24/7 environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in application support
• Hands-on experience managing containerized/cloud-based applications and various AWS services
• Experience in a DevOps or infrastructure operations team
• OS level knowledge in Windows or Linux
• Exposure to scripting languages such as Ansible, Python, or Perl
