Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex applications hosted on the cloud and support application maintenance activities
Build proactive monitoring and alerting services, and automate processes using scripting languages
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to address complex customer problems and improve operations

Required Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of relevant experience in application support
Hands-on experience with managing cloud-based applications and various AWS services
Experience in a DevOps environment or infrastructure operations team
OS level knowledge (Windows or Linux) and database skills (SQL, Oracle, or Postgres)
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Ansible, Python, or Perl
