Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer - L3.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical expertise and incident resolution for critical issues
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to manage bugs and user stories in Azure DevOps
  • Identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of runbooks and processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in application support, production support, or software operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with ticketing systems and backlog management tools
  • Expertise in monitoring platforms and leading root cause analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Certifications such as ITIL Intermediate/Expert or similar are a plus
