Application Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application expertise and solve support requests for internal employees
• Detect and resolve production issues, and engage with the Engineering team for bug reporting
• Maintain documentation and support the evaluation and installation of new releases

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in software maintenance and support
• Understanding of web applications, particularly in Ruby on Rails, Java, and React
• Knowledge of key technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ
• Experience in FinTech or the payment industry is preferred
• Fluency in English as the working language
