Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical escalation point for customer-reported issues
- Investigate and document bugs, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements and assist in shaping the product roadmap
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical role at a SaaS or software company
- Hands-on experience investigating application issues and bugs
- Exposure to agile development environments and collaboration with product managers
- Experience with customer-facing software products
- Strong interest in product development and customer-driven roadmap planning
