Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Lead - Mainframe Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for mainframe applications, adhering to ITIL processes
Monitor and schedule batch jobs, resolving failures and data processing issues
Manage change requests and support SIT and UAT activities, ensuring application stability and quality

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Mainframe Application Support and Application Maintenance
Strong hands-on experience with JCL, COBOL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM
Experience in troubleshooting across distributed environments
Knowledge of incident management tools like ServiceNow or Remedy
Overall 7+ years of experience in application development/support and engineering
