Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer II to provide application expertise and support for internal requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with internal employees to detail issues in the ticketing system
  • Detect and resolve production issues and bugs, and maintain documentation on common issues
  • Provide day-to-day maintenance and support for applications, and assist in training end users
Required Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in software maintenance and support
  • Understanding of web applications, particularly in Ruby on Rails, Java, and React
  • Knowledge of key technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ
  • Experience in the FinTech or payment industry is appreciated
  • Strong desire to improve support processes and timely ticket resolution
