Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer II to provide application expertise and support for internal requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with internal employees to detail issues in the ticketing system
- Detect and resolve production issues and bugs, and maintain documentation on common issues
- Provide day-to-day maintenance and support for applications, and assist in training end users
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in software maintenance and support
- Understanding of web applications, particularly in Ruby on Rails, Java, and React
- Knowledge of key technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ
- Experience in the FinTech or payment industry is appreciated
- Strong desire to improve support processes and timely ticket resolution
