Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their Technology Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 2 support for internal and external customers, resolving tickets effectively
- Investigate application issues by analyzing logs and performance metrics, and monitor system health
- Collaborate with Engineering and other teams to implement long-term fixes and improve application stability
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Application Support or a similar technical support role
- Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write and troubleshoot queries
- Experience with application monitoring/logging tools, preferably DataDog
- Familiarity with .NET, C#, or similar technologies
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
