Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their Technology Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Level 2 support for internal and external customers, resolving tickets effectively
  • Investigate application issues by analyzing logs and performance metrics, and monitor system health
  • Collaborate with Engineering and other teams to implement long-term fixes and improve application stability
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Application Support or a similar technical support role
  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write and troubleshoot queries
  • Experience with application monitoring/logging tools, preferably DataDog
  • Familiarity with .NET, C#, or similar technologies
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
