Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor application health, system logs, and database performance
- Investigate and resolve production incidents and service outages
- Document recurring incidents, known errors, and resolution procedures
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Ruby on Rails (RoR)
- Proficiency in Node.js
- Knowledge of MongoDB, Oracle, and SQL Server
- Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience in providing user support and technical guidance
