Application Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer II to provide application expertise and support for internal requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with internal employees to detail issues in the ticketing system
• Detect and resolve production issues and bugs within the development environment
• Provide day-to-day maintenance and support for applications and assist in training end users

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in software maintenance and support
• Understanding of web applications, specifically Ruby on Rails, Java, and React
• Knowledge of key technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ
• Experience in FinTech or the payment industry is appreciated
• Fluency in English as the company's working language
