Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer (Remote) to ensure smooth technology operations for internal users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide active user support and manage tickets related to internal and external technology platforms
  • Investigate root causes of issues and collaborate with Engineering & Product teams for resolution
  • Develop and maintain documentation to assist the Application Support team in resolving user issues
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in similar roles (Customer Support Engineer; User Support)
  • Comfortable with technical concepts related to software engineering
  • Ability to manage time effectively across multiple issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus, but not required
