Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer (Remote) to ensure smooth technology operations for internal users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide active user support and manage tickets related to internal and external technology platforms
- Investigate root causes of issues and collaborate with Engineering & Product teams for resolution
- Develop and maintain documentation to assist the Application Support team in resolving user issues
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience in similar roles (Customer Support Engineer; User Support)
- Comfortable with technical concepts related to software engineering
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple issues in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus, but not required
