Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer II to provide application expertise and support for internal requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with internal employees to detail issues and manage the ticketing system
- Detect and resolve production issues, and collaborate with the Engineering team on bugs and problems
- Provide day-to-day maintenance and support for applications, including training end users and managing knowledge transfers
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in software maintenance and support
- Understanding of web applications, preferably in Ruby on Rails, Java, and React
- Knowledge of key technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ
- Desire to improve support processes and ensure timely resolution of tickets
- Experience in FinTech or the payment industry is appreciated
