Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-severity incidents and lead root cause analysis to ensure resolution and adherence to SLAs
- Collaborate with Product Owners on bug and story management in Azure DevOps, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and prioritization
- Identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in application support, production support, or software operations
- Strong experience with ticketing systems and backlog management tools
- Expertise in monitoring platforms and managing complex production incidents
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Certifications in ITIL, Splunk, or Dynatrace are a plus
