Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-severity incidents and lead root cause analysis to ensure resolution and adherence to SLAs
  • Collaborate with Product Owners on bug and story management in Azure DevOps, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and prioritization
  • Identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in application support, production support, or software operations
  • Strong experience with ticketing systems and backlog management tools
  • Expertise in monitoring platforms and managing complex production incidents
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Certifications in ITIL, Splunk, or Dynatrace are a plus
