Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to APIs, databases, servers, and telephony technologies
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries and maintain clear communication
- Create and manage documentation and knowledge base articles to support customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
- Proficiency in web hosting technologies, APIs, and application log analysis
- Experience with support ticketing systems such as Zendesk or JIRA
- Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
