Job Summary
Combining advanced application support with engineering-level troubleshooting, the full-time Application Support Engineer II will independently resolve complex issues, enhance system stability, and contribute to long-term solutions while working remotely or onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex incidents across applications and integrations
- Perform advanced data analysis and debugging to identify root causes of system issues
- Implement configuration changes and light development fixes to improve system performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- Two to four years of experience in application support or development
- Advanced programming experience in SQL, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Intermediate ability to learn and work across diverse technologies (e.g., Salesforce, .NET)
- Experience with SQL/data querying
