Job Summary

Providing front-line and advanced application support for a proprietary loan management platform, the full-time remote Application Support Engineer will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues while collaborating with users and engineering teams to enhance support processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical application support, diagnosing and resolving issues directly with users
  • Triage incoming support cases, assess severity and impact, and manage issues through to resolution
  • Investigate and resolve data issues using SQL Server, including writing SQL queries for analysis and correction
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, application support, or production support roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong experience supporting applications built with .NET / C#
  • Proficiency with SQL Server, including writing and executing SQL queries for troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platforms and experience with Azure DevOps for incident tracking
