Application Support Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting application software and performing upgrades, the full-time Application Support Engineer will troubleshoot technical issues, provision user access, and manage code promotions across environments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues across systems and applications
- Installs application patches and manages user and administrator access for applications
- Monitors application performance and conducts system tuning and capacity planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience supporting IT Systems/Applications
- Experience with Hyland Onbase and OpenText Scanning
