Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Application Support Engineer to work full-time remotely, this role will manage customer issues, provide technical troubleshooting, and coordinate with stakeholders to enhance the Mendix platform experience.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage and resolve platform and product issues for customers related to application development and integration
- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and analysis of reported issues to identify solutions within the Mendix platform
- Communicate insights and issues effectively to R&D, Product Management, and Customer Success Managers for product improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript), APIs, relational databases, and cloud technologies
- Proven communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or consultancy roles is preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and customer cases concurrently
