Application Support Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Application Support Engineer, the successful candidate will act as a software detective, identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in troubleshooting complex software issues to ensure system reliability
- Support and guide colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices to improve team capabilities
- Analyze recurring problems and propose innovative solutions to optimize system stability
Required qualifications
- Expert proficiency in Oracle WebCenter Sites
- Expert proficiency in Oracle WebCenter Portal
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to contribute to support procedure improvements and documentation
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM / IPM and EDM is a plus
