Application Support Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the IT Reinvention Phase 1 project, the remote Application Support Engineer will develop expertise in troubleshooting complex software issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system design, and contribute to the improvement of support procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence and improve system design and operational processes
- Analyze recurring problems and propose innovative solutions to prevent future incidents and optimize system stability
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software support or related roles
- Expert proficiency in Oracle WebCenter Sites
- Recommended proficiency in Oracle WebCenter Portal
- Knowledge of Oracle WebCenter suite and familiarity with Oracle EPM / IPM and EDM is a plus
- Strong ability to work effectively in a remote environment
