Application Support Engineer

Job Summary

Acting as a primary technical resource, the remote Application Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve complex software errors in Oracle WebCenter, ensuring the reliability of critical business systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex software errors across integrated components of critical business systems
• Act as an internal subject matter expert, delivering technical solutions across multiple teams
• Analyze recurring technical incidents to design and implement preventive measures for system stability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in application support or software engineering
• Expert-level proficiency with Oracle WebCenter Sites and Oracle WebCenter Suite
• Strong working proficiency with Oracle WebCenter Portal
• Possess a completed graduate-level degree
• Must have a valid, active Employment Authorization Document (EAD)
