Job Summary
To support a growing digital services team, the full-time Application Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, manage customer inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues using logs and monitoring data
- Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems while maintaining operational runbooks and knowledge bases
- Collaborate with developers and other teams to resolve issues and enhance service quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0 - 2+ years of experience in technical application support or related roles
- Understanding of ITIL concepts and terminology
- Proficiency in writing basic SQL queries for data retrieval
- Ability to analyze data sets and generate reports
