Application Support Engineer
Job Summary
Specializing in OpenText Content Management, the contract Application Support Engineer will design, develop, and support enterprise content management solutions with remote flexibility based in Nashville, TN.
Key responsibilities
- Designing and implementing OpenText ECM solutions based on business requirements
- Configuring and customizing OpenText Content Server and related modules
- Integrating ECM with enterprise applications and performing system administration and troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- Strong experience in OpenText Enterprise Content Management (Content Server / Documentum / Extended ECM)
- Hands-on expertise in configuration, customization, and administration of OpenText ECM solutions
- Experience with integrations (REST APIs, Web Services, SAP/other enterprise systems)
- 7+ years of experience in relevant skills
- Knowledge of cloud deployments (Azure/AWS) and migration projects is a plus
