Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Center Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee first and second level help desk support for IT incidents and service requests
  • Conduct problem determination and resolve complex issues while updating procedures based on experience
  • Participate in training for end users and Help Desk analysts, and implement service improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Application Support, or High School Diploma with 7+ years of experience
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules
  • Knowledge of proprietary applications and support processes is required
