Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Application Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to resolve application issues for internal and external users across multiple divisions
- Ensure stability and reliability of pre-production and production enterprise systems
- Act as the primary escalation point for application support issues and lead critical incident resolution efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred
- 7+ years of enterprise-level systems support experience
- 1-3+ years of leadership experience with a geographically distributed team preferred
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory domains and configurations
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL and Azure Dev Ops
