Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Application Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to resolve application issues for internal and external users across multiple divisions
  • Ensure stability and reliability of pre-production and production enterprise systems
  • Act as the primary escalation point for application support issues and lead critical incident resolution efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred
  • 7+ years of enterprise-level systems support experience
  • 1-3+ years of leadership experience with a geographically distributed team preferred
  • Expert knowledge of Active Directory domains and configurations
  • Proficient in Microsoft SQL and Azure Dev Ops
