Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Manager, DGE Mobile SD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a technical team to support Digital Guest Experiences products
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and continuous improvement programs
  • Oversee training and development of staff while ensuring compliance with service level agreements
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience and/or relevant certifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business application support in a call center or technical service desk
  • 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow incident and knowledge management
  • Understanding of enterprise infrastructure and application support tools
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred
