Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Manager, DGE Mobile SD.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a technical team to support Digital Guest Experiences products
- Develop and implement performance metrics and continuous improvement programs
- Oversee training and development of staff while ensuring compliance with service level agreements
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience and/or relevant certifications
- 5+ years of experience in business application support in a call center or technical service desk
- 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow incident and knowledge management
- Understanding of enterprise infrastructure and application support tools
- 3+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred
