Application Support Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support internal operations, the remote Application Support Software Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries, enhance application performance, and contribute to software development for systems including Warehouse Management and ERP platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while providing input for future system improvements
• Communicate technical solutions to users in non-technical terms and create procedural guides for self-service support
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to the scalability and improvement of existing features

Required qualifications

• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving ability with a systematic approach and a strong sense of ownership
• Experience in coding and familiarity with software engineering fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
• Willingness to build and maintain production systems supporting complex workflows
• Experience with PHP and/or React is a plus
