Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide technical support for critical applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor ServiceNow for incident tickets and ensure timely updates and resolutions
  • Provide expert-level support for applications, troubleshooting complex issues as the primary contact for technical inquiries
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to improve application workflows and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
  • Experience with iOS or Android systems
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
