Application Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst who will support Sage ERP systems and other business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, and provide daily support across ERP and business applications
• Diagnose system errors, resolve connectivity challenges, and escalate complex issues
• Partner with departments to deliver onboarding, training, and user-friendly documentation for optimized workflows

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience supporting Sage ERP or similar systems
• Hands-on expertise with tools like Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across ERP systems and cloud tools
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Crystal Reports or Power BI is preferred
• Knowledge of finance, inventory, and supply chain workflows is a plus
