Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of IT experience
  • Experience with ticket systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience writing technical "How-to" guides
