Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Specialist to provide technical support for hosted eDiscovery applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first call resolution support for hosted eDiscovery applications and infrastructure
- Respond to and resolve customer submitted tickets, updating status and escalating when necessary
- Monitor performance and availability of hosted applications and assist with application testing and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- CompTia A+, Microsoft certification or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT or eDiscovery
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL or relational databases
- Experience with SQL and PowerShell scripting
