Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Specialist to provide technical support for hosted eDiscovery applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first call resolution support for hosted eDiscovery applications and infrastructure
  • Respond to and resolve customer submitted tickets, updating status and escalating when necessary
  • Monitor performance and availability of hosted applications and assist with application testing and troubleshooting


Required Qualifications
  • CompTia A+, Microsoft certification or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT or eDiscovery
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL or relational databases
  • Experience with SQL and PowerShell scripting
