Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist, Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide software support for global customers facing issues in their production environments
- Handle complex Application Support Requests, including data reporting, scheduled runs, and application performance issues
- Maintain SaaS service and write instructions for the 1st level of support while mentoring them
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 1 to 2 years of experience in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field
- Basic skills in Linux/Unix
- Knowledge of databases and version control systems
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Fluency in English and proficiency in another language (e.g., French, German, Spanish)
