Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist, Technical Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide software support for global customers facing issues in their production environments
  • Handle complex Application Support Requests, including data reporting, scheduled runs, and application performance issues
  • Maintain SaaS service and write instructions for the 1st level of support while mentoring them
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 1 to 2 years of experience in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field
  • Basic skills in Linux/Unix
  • Knowledge of databases and version control systems
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in another language (e.g., French, German, Spanish)
