Application Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist to support and implement the Design Schedule ERP system and assist users with software-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support users of the Design Schedule & Efficiently platform in their daily operations
• Manage Accounting Seed release cycles, including testing and deployment of updates
• Investigate system issues, assist with user access, and develop training programs

Qualifications

• Accounting degree required
• Experience in AWS or Salesforce platforms is a plus
• Experience using Accounting Seed is a plus
• Ability to learn new technologies and software
• Must be a team player
