Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide technical customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer demands and provide 2nd level support for configuration level bugs and service requests
  • Deliver application support to customers for general and merchant-related issues via remote connection or telephone
  • Execute tests before, during, and after application deployments and prioritize work according to Service Level Agreements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Electrical & Electronics, Industry Engineering, MIS, or related fields
  • Familiarity with software development and support processes
  • Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows server and shell scripting languages
  • Experience with databases such as Oracle, Postgre SQL, or SQL Server
  • Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools like Jira
