Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide technical customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer demands and provide 2nd level support for configuration level bugs and service requests
- Deliver application support to customers for general and merchant-related issues via remote connection or telephone
- Execute tests before, during, and after application deployments and prioritize work according to Service Level Agreements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Electrical & Electronics, Industry Engineering, MIS, or related fields
- Familiarity with software development and support processes
- Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows server and shell scripting languages
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, Postgre SQL, or SQL Server
- Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools like Jira
