Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to end-users for application-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents
  • Log and track support tickets, prioritizing incidents based on business impact and ensuring SLAs are met
  • Create and maintain documentation for application configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1+ years of experience in application support or a related IT support role
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting proprietary software application issues
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools for ticketing and incident management
  • ITIL certification or other relevant IT certifications preferred
