Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to end-users for application-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents
- Log and track support tickets, prioritizing incidents based on business impact and ensuring SLAs are met
- Create and maintain documentation for application configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1+ years of experience in application support or a related IT support role
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting proprietary software application issues
- Familiarity with ITSM tools for ticketing and incident management
- ITIL certification or other relevant IT certifications preferred
