Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and product information to Sales Teams and Business Managers
• Serve as a technical resource for customers, advising on activated carbon applications and benefits
• Coordinate with Sales and R&D to deliver technical support and contribute to sales efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline, with Chemical Engineering preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or application support role
• Strong technical knowledge of process stream filtration and purification technologies
• Proven credibility as a technical advisor with knowledge of manufacturing technologies
• Strong analytical abilities with a capacity for innovative thinking and solution development
