Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Application Support Specialist will manage system programming and configuration for access control and video management platforms while providing real-time support and troubleshooting for enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day system programming and configuration across access control and video management platforms
- Manage inbound support requests via ticketing queues and provide real-time support for MAXPRO and Pro-Watch environments
- Assist with onboarding new systems and ensure they meet performance and recording standards for large enterprise clients
Required qualifications
- Experience with programming and configuring access control systems, including doors and cameras
- Familiarity with MAXPRO and Pro-Watch environments
- Knowledge of video management systems (NVRs/VMS)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely and guide field technicians
- Experience with enterprise-level system integrations and deployments
