Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Enterprise Application Support Specialist II will manage the functionality of cloud-based, customer-facing environments, ensuring performance and availability while troubleshooting issues in a Windows and Linux server environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor and review production applications for performance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and analyze issues
  • Independently analyze data trends and report on anomalies
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support or technical operations
  • 3+ years of knowledge of Microsoft Server platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of MC SQL Server 2005+ in a production environment
  • 3+ years of experience with XML, HTTPS, and .NET client-server architecture
  • Experience with Linux CLI and network/systems administration
