Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Enterprise Application Support Specialist II will manage the functionality of cloud-based, customer-facing environments, ensuring performance and availability while troubleshooting issues in a Windows and Linux server environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and review production applications for performance and accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and analyze issues
- Independently analyze data trends and report on anomalies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support or technical operations
- 3+ years of knowledge of Microsoft Server platforms
- In-depth knowledge of MC SQL Server 2005+ in a production environment
- 3+ years of experience with XML, HTTPS, and .NET client-server architecture
- Experience with Linux CLI and network/systems administration
