Job Summary
Supporting enterprise application platforms in a full-time capacity, the Application Support Specialist will troubleshoot business applications, manage user access, and collaborate with internal users to enhance operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide application support to internal corporate and field users through various communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely and user-focused manner
- Manage user access, including user creation, role assignments, and password resets, while adhering to security procedures
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in application support or a related technology support role
- Experience supporting enterprise software platforms, with a preference for Yardi
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to follow structured support processes
- Experience managing user access and system documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
