- Own and drive a portfolio of strategic technical projects, including building automation and maintaining application health
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of enterprise technical support experience, including a Team Lead role
- Experience delivering small- to medium-sized technology projects
- Familiarity with tools such as Python, PowerBI, and PowerShell
- Ability to provide off-hours coverage on rotation
- ITIL certification preferred
