Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Align services to business needs by implementing improvements to support business processes
  • Provide operational and technical direction while offering high-quality technical support for applications
  • Own and drive a portfolio of strategic technical projects, including building automation and maintaining application health
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of enterprise technical support experience, including a Team Lead role
  • Experience delivering small- to medium-sized technology projects
  • Familiarity with tools such as Python, PowerBI, and PowerShell
  • Ability to provide off-hours coverage on rotation
  • ITIL certification preferred
