Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer support by diagnosing software issues and ensuring timely resolutions
- Collaborate within a swarm support model to efficiently address customer issues and improve service delivery
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve software defects and enhancement requests
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software/application support, preferably with ERP or supply chain-related software
- Experience in a swarm support environment is a plus
- Ability to read, write, and understand SQL
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in a relevant field or 4 years of direct, relevant work experience
- Familiarity with API knowledge and tools like Postman or SoapUI
