Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline customer support by diagnosing software issues and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Collaborate within a swarm support model to efficiently address customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve software defects and enhancement requests
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in software/application support, preferably with ERP or supply chain-related software
  • Experience in a swarm support environment is a plus
  • Ability to read, write, and understand SQL
  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in a relevant field or 4 years of direct, relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with API knowledge and tools like Postman or SoapUI
