Job Summary
To support customer satisfaction in a remote environment, the full-time Application Support Technician will diagnose and resolve software issues, collaborate with a swarm team, and leverage technical expertise to enhance customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide frontline support by responding to customer inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of software issues
- Collaborate within the swarm support model to efficiently address customer concerns and improve service delivery
- Stay current on product functionality to offer informed support and serve as a knowledgeable resource for the team
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software/application support, preferably with ERP or supply chain-related software
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 4 years of direct, relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on enhancing customer experience
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment
- Exceptional adaptability and resourcefulness in navigating complex technical issues independently
