Application System Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Application System Analyst II to work fully remote, this role will analyze, design, and support enterprise healthcare applications while optimizing functionality and providing Tier II support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and maintain assigned healthcare applications
• Optimize application functionality and business processes to support operational and technical objectives
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide Tier II support in collaboration with the Service Desk and technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise applications or information systems
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, business systems, or information technology
• Strong experience supporting Epic applications is required
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective technical solutions
• High school diploma or equivalent required (proof of education required)
