Application System Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency in a fully remote capacity, the Application System Analyst II will serve as the primary liaison among end users, operational leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors, focusing on the design, implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and maintain assigned healthcare applications
• Optimize application functionality and business processes to support operational and technical objectives
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide Tier II support in collaboration with the Service Desk and technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise applications or information systems
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, business systems, or information technology
• Strong experience supporting Epic applications is required
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective technical solutions
• High school diploma or equivalent required (proof of education required)
