Application System Analyst

Job Summary

To provide physician support for Epic, the full-time Application System Analyst will evaluate, plan, design, and configure software application systems while assisting with testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining installed systems in a hybrid remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and configure software application systems to meet user needs
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining installed systems while supporting users
• Create documentation for system design, testing, and training, and manage customer interactions

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in information technology or healthcare
• Required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
