Application System Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare informatics, the full-time salaried Application System Analyst will evaluate, plan, design, and configure software application systems while managing customer interactions and expectations in a hybrid remote work environment after an initial training period in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, design, and configure software application systems independently
• Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and maintain installed systems while supporting users
• Create documentation for system design, testing, and training purposes

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree with 1 year of experience in information technology or healthcare, or 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain required certifications within 6 months of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft software and solid computer skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
