Application Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing IT team, the full-time remote Administrator I, Application Systems will manage application administration, upgrade management, and provide first-level support while ensuring system performance and compliance with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements
• Proactively monitor and maintain Linux and/or Windows system environments
• Provide technical assistance and document configurations to support processes

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on enterprise application and hardware troubleshooting experience
• Working knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems including Windows, Unix, and RedHat Linux
• Experience with Linux Shell Scripting, Windows PowerShell Scripting, and database concepts
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws, including HIPAA and URAC
