Application Systems Administrator
Job Summary
To support customer-focused objectives, the full-time remote Administrator II (Atlassian Suites) will manage application administration, including server maintenance, application upgrades, and technical support for vendor-purchased applications.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements
- Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion applications and databases
- Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in Application and Server Administration
- 3 years of working experience required; 5 years preferred
- Hands-on technical experience maintaining servers and enterprise Windows Administration
- Working knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL, and MongoDB
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile frameworks
